Jane Allyson, Lead vocalist:
Jane Allyson is an engaging, multi-genre vocalist with effortless command of Jazz, Soul, Pop, Country, and Rock. Performing daily across Chicagoland, she brings music to life at libraries, park districts, senior communities, and special events, and lights up the stage at night with The Saratogas, her Gina Martini Jazz Band, and The Fizz event band. Known for her warm stage presence & versatility, Jane connects instantly with audiences of all ages and brings joy and polish to every performance.
Lucas Bennett, Guitar & vocals:
Lucas is a highly accomplished guitar player and lead vocalist who believes in one truth: The Wi-Fi fades, but the groove is forever. You won’t find him online, only on stage, where every solo uploads directly into your soul. His musical expertise is rooted from the 50s-70s, though he appreciates any music he can tap his foot to. He is a high-level player in The Saratogas and The Roadhawks in addition to his burgeoning solo career.
Radek Czech, Saxophone & vocals:
Radek holds a degree in Jazz studies and is captivated by the music and sounds of the 60s-early 80s. Some of his favorite groups of the era include Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, Dr. Hook, Pablo Cruz, and Christopher Cross. When not playing Sax, he dabbles in other instruments and sings. He is a featured player with Chicago's own Rhythm Rockets and 50's band Nick Falco & The Roadhawks.
Kai Funahashi, Keyboards, Guitar, Sax & vocals:
Kai is our "keeper of the keys" with a melodic touch and a passion for all things music. A versatile multi-instrumentalist, Kai sometimes swaps his primary keyboard duties to strum a guitar or pick up the saxophone. He's a true enthusiast of the iconic British rock band Queen. You can catch his dynamic performances with the College of Lake County Jazz Band, Inversion Jazz Band, The Gina Martini Band, or Jane Allyson & The Fizz.
Adam Obrzut, Bass:
Adam is a formally trained bassist and tubist who lays down some very juicy grooves. He performs throughout the Chicagoland area playing diverse genres including jazz, rock, country, soul, and pop in various bands, orchestras, combos, and backing bands such as The Roadhawks and The Robby Celestin Project.
Andrew Szymanski, Drums & vocals:
Andrew has a degree in music education where he has been a junior high school band director for over 30 years and is classically trained as an oboist as well as a multi-instrumentalist. He is a seasoned vet of the Midwest music scene having played and recorded drums and percussion with several groups spanning a wide range of genres, from original Americana singer/songwriters, classic rock, blues, jazz, country, and New Orleans zydeco swamp rock such as the legendary Zydeco Voodoo, Karla and the Phat Cats, and Crook County Blues.
